How does the Keychain Builder work?

Choose the key rings, clasps, chains, charms and tassels you like, then select “Add to Preview.” Open the preview to arrange the pieces and see how they look together. When you are happy with your design, add the selected items to your cart.

Do I need to build a complete keychain?

No. You can purchase a single piece or combine several pieces to create a complete keychain. Only the items shown in “Your Selection” will be added to your cart.

Is the Builder preview exactly the same as the finished product?

The Builder is an on-screen visual guide. We use product dimensions to display pieces proportionally, but the final scale, color, finish and placement may vary slightly depending on your screen and the physical product.

Can I move, rotate or resize pieces in the preview?

Yes. Open the preview, select a piece on the canvas, and use the available controls to move, rotate or resize it. These adjustments are for preview purposes and do not physically modify the product.

Can I preview a charm that I already own?

Yes. Select “Try Your Own Charm,” upload a photo and enter its approximate physical size. The tool will create a visual reference so you can check how it looks with other keychain parts.

Your uploaded charm is for preview only. It will not be manufactured or added to your cart.

How do I order a custom acrylic charm?

Open the Custom Acrylic page and start the customizer. Upload your artwork, choose the shape, finish and size, adjust the artwork placement, and then save the acrylic charm to the Builder preview.

After checking the preview, add the selected items to your cart.

What artwork file should I upload?

For the best result, upload a high-resolution transparent PNG file. The maximum upload size is 20 MB.

Avoid blurry images, extremely thin details and important artwork placed too close to the edge. You must have permission to use any artwork, characters, logos or images that you upload.

What is the difference between standard shapes and Die Cut?

Standard shapes place your artwork inside a circle, square, rectangle or heart-shaped acrylic piece.

Die Cut follows the outer contour of your uploaded artwork and displays a cutting or bleed guide around it. The guide is for preview purposes and might not represent the final cut with absolute precision.

How do I choose the correct size?

Check the dimensions shown on the product page. For custom acrylic charms, select the size based on the longest side of the finished charm.

If you are combining several pieces, use the Builder preview to compare their approximate proportions before ordering.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. Changes or cancellations are only possible before processing or production begins, so we cannot guarantee that every request can be accepted.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

Please contact us with your order number and a clear description of the problem. We may ask you to provide photos so that we can review the issue and help with the next steps.
